No refund will be entitled for such case. The Online Medicine does not have any control over the custom process. It is responsibility of the customer to fulfill the import requirement posed by the customs of their country on their shipments.

In other case, if your parcel get returned back to the pharmacy, then full medicine cost will be refunded back to the card it had been charged.

Do I have to pay Custom Charges to release my medicine parcel?
